- In case client wishes to prepone /postpone their travel dates or Cancel , we request you kindly reach us before 30 days from journey dates .
- In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo/Train/Flight and season on/off time.
- We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
- The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone or Cancel scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
- The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first).

- 20 % Advance to be paid at the time of booking before 30 Days of departure Date.
- 60 % Advance to be paid at the time of booking before 20 Days of departure Date.
- 80 % Advance to be paid at the time of booking before 15 Days of departure Date.
- 100 % to be paid at the time of booking before 10 Days of departure Date.
- Air fair is calcualted at the time of proposal creation and is subject to change at the time of Booking or Advance received.
- If Airfare or Train fare is included in the package, an Additional 10% for Airfare or 5% for Train fare of the advance payment will be add for each sector.
Please note that this quotation is valid for 24 hours only. To secure this offer, an advance payment must be received within this time frame. After 24 hours, the terms may be subject to change.
- 30 Days or more before departure: 20% of total cost is charged.
- 20 to 29 Days before departure: 60% of total cost is charged.
- 15 to 19 Days before departure: 80% of total cost is charged.
- 10 Days or less before departure: 100% of total cost is charged.
- If Airfare or Train fare is included in the package, an additional for Airfare 10% and for train fare 5% Extra will be add on cancellation for each sector.
- In the event of natural calamities, a full refund will be provided, subject to terms and conditions from our suppliers.
Note that the first advance payment is always non-refundable.
