- All bookings will be confirmed only after receipt of advance payment.
- Hotel confirmation may take up to 24 hours thereafter.
- Balance payments must be made as per the agreed schedule.
- Delayed payments may result in cancellation of booking.
- Payments must be made in the name of Usha Travels. Cash payments are not accepted.
- Package cost is based on the current rates of hotels, transport, and services.
- Any increase in taxes, fuel charges, or other costs will be borne by the client.
- Airfare/Train fare is calculated at the time of proposal and may change at the time of booking.
- Cancellation charges will apply as per Usha Travels and/or supplier policies.
- Advance payments are non-refundable but may be adjusted as per rescheduling terms.
- Travel insurance is highly recommended and can be arranged at an additional cost.
- Quotation validity is limited (generally 24 hours) unless otherwise specified.
- Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Bhubaneswar courts only.
- Cab will be available During tour from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Additional hours will be chargeable as per the driver .
- Easy EMI option available.
- 30% advance to be paid at the time of booking, at least 30 days prior to departure.
- 60% advance to be paid at the time of booking, at least 20 days prior to departure.
- 80% advance to be paid at the time of booking, at least 15 days prior to departure.
- 100% payment to be completed at the time of booking, at least 10 days prior to departure.
- Airfare is calculated at the time of proposal creation and is subject to revision at the time of booking or upon receipt of advance payment.
- If airfare or train fare is included in the package, an additional 10% of the Airfare or 5% of the Train fare will be added to the advance payment for each sector.
- This quotation is valid for 24 hours only. To secure the offer, the advance payment must be received within this period. After 24 hours, prices and terms are subject to change.
- 30 days or more before departure: 30% of the total cost will be charged.
- 20&ndash29 days before departure: 60% of the total cost will be charged.
- 15&ndash19 days before departure: 80% of the total cost will be charged.
- 10 days or less before departure: 100% of the total cost will be charged.
- If airfare or train fare is included, cancellation will be subject to the respective supplier&rsquos rules, along with an additional service fee charged by Usha Travels.
- In case of natural calamities, a full refund may be provided, subject to our suppliers&rsquo terms & conditions.
Rescheduling / Date Changes:
- Requests to prepone, postpone, or cancel must be made at least 30 days before departure.
- Any rescheduling is subject to availability of hotels, transport, and seasonal price differences.
- No changes are allowed within 15 days of travel. Exceptions may apply only in rare cases such as strikes, adverse weather, or natural calamities&mdashwhere packages may be rescheduled, and we will inform you in advance.
- Advance payments remain valid for 1 year from the date of booking in case of rescheduling or cancellation.
- Bookings are transferable&mdashyou may pass on your package to a friend or relative for same destination, provided all terms & conditions are met.
